Sidcup Has a New Dojo

Talking to Steve Rowe and Roger Wilkes at the weekend while attending the SENI show we are told of the escalating numbers joining the agency, their current promotional push is towards the updating of their standards as new legislation appears and that can only be a good thing for everyone. Yoshimi Ju Jitsu International

Yet another country has joined this growing international group, David Blood-Holland has joined with his group from Sweden, Yoshimi is simply a group of Ju Jitsu practising friends from around the world who meet annually where ever possible to train. There is no politics and no interference between countries and that appears to be how they all get on so well.

The members countries to date are; America, Australia, Belgium, England, Hungary, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa and Sweden. there is no restriction to membership and several English associations take part in the events already. Kyushin Ryu Ju Jitsu Association

This year the association are celebrating thirty five years since they were formed, their history is available for all to see on their web site but as a mark of their longevity they would like to invite all past Dan Grades to their celebration party later this year. All you have to do to attend in contact their Head Office (contact) and tickets will be issued. In these days when associations come and go almost as quickly, split or change names and direction it must be gratifying to the management committee that they have stayed the test of time lasting and succeeding for so long.
