Multi Discipline Course & Belgium Open Random Attack Championships, Erpe Mere, Belgium

Coaches and students from Belgium and the UK were present at the event which was held in the Sports Hall in Erpe Mere just outside of the Belgium town of Aalst. The course was held over four hours during the morning and early afternoon, from 10:00. until 14:00. after which was staged the Belgium Open Random Attack Competition. Both events were met with passion and enthusiasm with both the juniors and seniors working hard throughout.

Yoshimi Ju Jitsu International Seminar, Oskarshamn, Sweden

Renshi David Bloodholland hosted Sweden's Yoshimi Seminar during late May 2010 bringing together many Ju Jitsuka from the associations members. Coaches and students attended from Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Hungary and the UK. Everyone met in the beautiful area of Berga situated in the Swedish forests and the accommodation was one of the most splendid period hotels anyone could wish for. The course was held on the second day and followed the format of many Yoshimi events, the students divided into grade groups and the coaches circulating around the mats. From the UK were Sensei's Roger Wilkes, Philip Friend and Maria Friend. Coaches from the other member countries included Yoshimi co-founders Leslie Ottoey and Tom de Jeager with Morten de Lange and Anders Engström from Norway and Sweden respectfully.
